AILENZ — Terms of Service

Effective: May 2026

  1. Who We Are

AILENZ is a subscription-only, ad-free digital magazine operated by AILENZ LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. By subscribing, you enter into an agreement with AILENZ LLC.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe.

  1. Subscription Tiers

Founding Member — $4.99/month, first 200 subscribers only, locked for life regardless of future price increases.

Standard — $8.00/month, available after the Founding Member tier is full.

Founding Member pricing is tied to an active subscription. If a Founding Member cancels, the founding rate is forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

  1. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize AILENZ LLC to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.

  1. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds. To cancel visit ailenz.ai/support.

  1. Refund Policy

Ailenz does not offer refunds. If Ailenz fails to publish an issue due to a technical failure, affected subscribers receive a one-month credit.

  1. What You Receive

Your monthly AILENZ issue delivered by email. Transactional account emails only. No promotional emails, no marketing, no third-party offers. Ever.

  1. Content and Use

All AILENZ content is the intellectual property of AILENZ LLC. You may share individual issues privately for personal non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Ailenz content publicly without written permission.

  1. AI Disclosure

AILENZ content is generated using artificial intelligence under the editorial direction and curation of the AILENZ team. All themes, angles, and final publishing decisions are made by human editorial judgment.

  1. Subscriber Feedback

If you share feedback or ideas with Ailenz you grant AILENZ LLC a non-exclusive royalty-free perpetual license to use that feedback in editorial development.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Ailenz is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
