AILENZ LLC operates ailenz.ai. We collect only what we need to operate your subscription and deliver your issues. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Name — to personalize your account.

Email address — to deliver your monthly issue and account emails.

Payment information — processed by Stripe. AILENZ LLC does not store your card number, expiration date, or CVV.

Basic analytics — aggregated readership data through Ghost. Not linked to individual profiles in detail.

Technical information — standard server logs including IP address and browser type, used for security only.

  1. How We Use Your Information

To deliver your monthly AILENZ issue by email. To send transactional account emails. To process payments through Stripe. To maintain reliability of the publication and delivery system. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not send marketing emails. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.

  1. Third-Party Services

Ghost — publication and subscriber management. Ghost processes your email and subscription status on our behalf.

We retain your information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Request deletion at ailenz.ai/support.

Ailenz is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has subscribed without parental consent contact us at ailenz.ai/support.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe which maintains PCI-DSS compliance.
